Before we schedule any in person services, we will require an up-to-date copy of your COVID vaccination, and vaccination records of any animals (human or non) involved in the sessions. We will also require an initial consult to go over new client paperwork (expanding on the information provided in this application), meeting and assessing you situation, explaining to you our methods and procedures, and to discuss the best options for you and your family.
If you are a human signing up for yourself only, for any of the above listed projects, any other behavioral visibility with the inclusion of Land Back/colonial deconstruction work, or another situation outside of standard behavioral aid for non-human animals, please fill out all that applies to you, and use the “notes” section for all additional information, as we move into our 2023 version of the revised All Relations application.

It is highly suggested you test your Implicit Biases through Project Implicit before working with Le Rouge Sublet. If you do not test your biases beforehand, and are not signed up for bigotry rehabilitation, bigoted offenses in sessions will have more costly consequences (see TOS in link below) to ensure that we at Le Rouge Sublet are compensated for the time off we must take to heal from bigoted offenses (a practice we feel everyone should partake in).
